New Addition of Micromax Canvas Range is Launched in India; Priced at Rs. 19,999......

It's almost an year now since I bought my Canvas HD and now we people are having a new addition to the Canvas range of Micromax which will in a way blow our minds off. Yes friends, Micromax has launched Canvas Knight at a price of Rs. 19,999.
The price seems to be very much in comparison to the other phones of the range, but when we will talk about the features, everybody will surely say, 'Just Rs. 19,999. This is very - very Less'.

Now let's talk about the phone. The smartphone sports a 5 inch FHD IPS touchscreen display (1920×1080 pixels resolution) and operates on the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS. It is powered by a 2GHz MT6592T Octa-core processor and has RAM of 2GB. The internal memory of the device is 32GB (1.5GB for applications and 25GB for mass storage), which, unfortunately, cannot be expanded further. Although with 32GB, we don’t actually see a requirement for the same as well. But still the memory is not expandable.LOL!!!
Canvas Knight has a 16MP autofocus rear camera with Flash that can record full HD videos (1080p) at 30 frames per second. As for the front one, it has a 8MP front facing camera, which can snap photos by saying 'Cheese' or 'Capture'. It is also for video calling and for recording videos. On the connectivity front, the device comes with Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, 3G and it also comes with a microUSB port.
The phone has been provided a 2,350 mAh battery that claims to provide up to 7.5 hours of talk time and 175 hours of stand by time. It comes with FM radio and has GPS (with A-GPS support). It will be available in black & gold, white & gold, and full black colours. The company has also pre-loaded a number of apps and games in the device including Hike, Spuul, Opera, M! Live, M! Security, M! Vault, Real Steel, Where’s my water, Where’s my Perry, GetIt, BBM, True caller, and Kingsoft Office, among others.

All the features of the phone look good on paper, but the real test of the device when it will reach our hands. Then we will see what the phone can deliver as performance. The device will compete with cell phones like Samsung Galaxy Grand, Grand Neo, Sony Xperia C, Lava Iris Pro 30, Motorola Moto G, Intex Aqua Octa, etc. Also, Canvas Knight can only be ordered through the company’s official website for Rs. 20,000.
